It's fun to work for a winning/growing company. We are constantly innovating, making the work we do and the offering to the market cutting edge and exciting. I work with a great group of people that collaborate and work well together, it's important to have fun while we get the work done! We continue to grow through expansion and acquisition, so there are significant opportunities to continue to move up in your career.

Cons

I prefer a fast pace work environment, in healthcare there is a sense of urgency in everything we do, given the nature of what we do. Some people do not thrive in a fast past environment, so this may be seen as a con, but I personally prefer it.

- A lot of very hard working folks in the engineering department - Very knowledgeable CTO who came in and identified a lot of bottlenecks in a very short amount of time - Projects are exciting when you actually have time to do them - All things in tech is undergoing modernization

Cons

- The compensation is on the very low end - Working at night, on weekends, during PTO, during holidays
