Pros

They give all employees shares of the company. Some people seem to be very happy.

Cons

PE funding means short term drastic moves that try to make the company look good (while falling apart behind the scenes because the employees have zero work life balance.) The only goal is to sell the company in a few years and then cash out, leaving a mess behind. It drives off the good employees. I've seen it multiple times. As soon as PE firms enter the picture, it's all about greed for the top and exploitation of the people who actually DO the work. They pay lip service to "our employees are our biggest asset" but they overwork everyone.

PartsSource is a great company! It's not often that you find an organization that care about your wellbeing. PartsSource truly cares about the people and their work environment. One of the core values of the organization is to act like an owner and build a culture that manifest collaboration. The leadership and management team is doing a wonderful job bringing that to PartsSource.
