At PartsSource, we're focused on ensuring There's no other tech company that does what we do OR could reasonably catch up and compete with us in the short term. Backed by one of the biggest PE firms in the country, we're on the right track forward with a roadmap for success.

Cons

We have many of the growing pains of a high-growth technology company; we're scrappy and people have to wear alot of different hats, meaning there's not always a dedicated resource to solve every challenge we encounter. While a challenge, it's also a great opportunity to learn new skills and position yourself for a promotion or new role. Most of our teams are remote or hybrid, and our office facilities could be better - I know our leadership is aware of this and is working to address it.

Pros

Highly motivated team who are in the fight together. Passions run high because everyone wants our company to grow and succeed. We are focused on attacking the affordable health care crisis in the US by pulling cost out of the system in parts, maintenance agreements, and on demand service. I am motivated and energized to come to work (almost) every day. I have high trust in my leaders and my colleagues. We are in this thing together. And we are getting better every single day.

Cons

Small company with small company issues. We are disrupting industries and disruption is painful. Growth has been a challenge and often times we have more work than people to complete it. But that is one of those "good problems".
