      Everyone has ownership through the Equity Programs. It is great to know the company is working hard to ensure the long range success of the for all of us.

      Balancing the long rang actions with the day to day operations. There is a lot of great meaningful work to get done and prioritize the work is key to success.

The work is energizing and innovative. Great culture - people are committed to the customer and making a difference. The company has a people first mentality and is responsive to feedback.

      Any company that is successful and growing can have capacity issues at times. The Leadership team has been very supportive of adding to staff when we need it though.
