Pros

Clear mission, vision and purpose. Ample growth opportunities, Teamwork and collaboration with smart, humble and talented people, good work flexibility, solid benefits.

Cons

I would like to see more diversity in management and leadership. Remote work can be challenging on building relationships and getting to know coworkers. Finding more ways and opportunities to build connections and engage employees who may feel siloed. More generous allotment of PTO would help strengthen the personal wellbeing of current employees and help attract those we are recruiting

Pros

The people. I thought that it would take longer than just the first year for me to come to feel great about my work and my colleagues after leaving a job I had for 20+ years. Nope. I have been smitten since day 1 and really do see some longevity here.

Cons

It is the corporate world so it is more stressful and seemingly tenuous that working for public government, but it is also just as rewarding.

Pros

Every company claims to offer differentiated products and services, but PS really does live up to the billing. There is no other company that has the same business model and GTM approach in our markets. Consequently, the company is growing quickly with seemingly unlimited opportunities to continue and accelerate its growth trajectory. The leadership team is investing in talent and growing its deep bench of future leaders. Lots of interesting projects to get involved in. Strong ELT team with lots of support from Bain.

Cons

There is not a lot of structure in the onboarding experience. The team is investing in it, though.
