- Inspiring mission to improve healthcare - Team members are highly driven to achieve company goals - Very interested problems to solve - Lots of opportunities for career growth

Cons

- Always many initiatives to work on and it can be difficult to prioritize time allocation - There are efforts to improve our antiquated technology stack but it often feels like we're not getting it done quickly enough - Compensation is highly tied to equity which only pays out after an exit which makes it feel like we're taking home less pay than in reality

Extremely kind colleagues who are helpful and want their teammates to succeed.

Cons

Can’t figure out reporting for sales team. Business review data is impossible to pull and takes hours. Feels like a second rate small company that is trying to be big and can’t figure it out. Trying to figure out where the company is headed. Very disorganized from a sales leadership viewpoint. Put extreme value on equity, rather than paying employees on front end.
