Pros

I've been with PartsSource for nearly two decades, and it continues to be a fantastic place to grow and lead. The culture, leadership, and people make it a standout company. CEO Phil Settimi sets a strong vision and truly values employees. The people here are another key reason I’ve stayed as long as I have. It’s a team of smart, passionate, and driven individuals who genuinely care about the work and about each other. There are good benefits, strong growth opportunities, and a genuine focus on employee well-being. Highly recommend for anyone looking to build a meaningful career.

Cons

Some legacy systems, although they are working to upgrade them

Pros

PartsSource continues to evolve as a dynamic and exciting place to work. The company’s momentum is fueled by recent acquisitions and the launch of groundbreaking technology, which together create a high-energy environment focused on innovation and growth. There’s a strong and shared commitment to the mission of “Ensuring Healthcare is Always On” — a purpose that inspires collaboration and drives results across teams. It’s motivating to be part of an organization that not only adapts to change but actively leads it in the healthcare technology space.

Cons

The company sets ambitious growth targets, which can create pressure — especially in today’s challenging economic environment. While it drives performance, it can also lead to stress if support and resources don’t keep pace.

Pros

The company has a clear mission, and it’s easy to connect the day-to-day work to something meaningful. What I’ve appreciated most is that this isn’t a place stuck in its ways — there’s real momentum behind improving how we work, how we’re structured, and how people are supported. The conversations happening at the leadership level are the right ones, and there’s a growing effort to make those changes visible and actionable. It feels like progress, not just talk. Also, the people here care. That shows up in how they work and how they show up for each other.

Cons

With all the movement — new people, org shifts, systems catching up — it can feel like a lot at times. Not necessarily in a bad way, but you have to be comfortable navigating through some gray. There’s still work to do to make communication feel consistent and grounded, especially during change. That said, I’ve seen that gap being acknowledged and worked on.
