      Pros

      I recently joined PartsSource through an acquisition. As I delve deeper into the interworking's of the company, I have found the following pros: bigger company mean more budget dollars to hire top talent and have the latest and greatest technology, they are not afraid to try new ideas and streamline processes, and they gave equity to all employees.

      Cons

      The only con that comes to mind isn't really a con, but more of a challenge, is to learn the reporting structure and everyone's name and title.

      Pros

      The insurance is pretty good. Coworkers are mostly great.

      Cons

      The HR department is truly bizarre and does not care about employees. Senior management is a clown car that refuses to take responsibility and only cares about selling the company again so they can cash in on their shares. The company is actively offshoring jobs to India and the Philippines.
