Very meaningful and rewarding to know that your role helps hospitals maintain critical equipment that is at times essential to savings lives. In Product Mgmt, work is extremely fast paced. Lots of priorities and responsibilities but it does not get dull. The best part about PartsSource is the people. An absolute joy to work with folks within the team and cross functionally to try to accomplish common goals. The company also offers great flexibility for those that need it.

Cons

Things can get very busy at times but if you can learn to prioritize and time manage effectively, it makes things easier.

On the marketing team our leaders help set us up for success and provide opportunities to grow. I have ownership of my projects and the ability to bring my recommendations to life. There is a good sense of collaboration within the team and the independence to make my own decisions. I also feel like the leaders on the team care for us as individuals and want us to be happy both personally and professionally.

Cons

As an organization I feel like there is an opportunity to put more of a focus on personal wellbeing and mental health initiatives so that employees feel like they can take a breath from the fast-paced environment. Additionally, a more generous allotment of PTO would help strengthen the personal wellbeing of current employees and help attract those we are recruiting.
