Pros

Great team, great value proposition to our customers, given recent growth, many career opportunities. There isn't one day that goes by that I don't laugh and have a great time at work. Company is highly differentiated in the market.

Cons

If you don't thrive in a fast paced environment, this isn't the place for you. I do, and love it. Company has recently added many new hires, creating more support to get things done, to ensure we continue to win. It is disappointing to read so many negative reviews, with changes over the last year, I do believe many of these are dated and that the environment and management has evolved significantly. I love it here.

Got to work with some really great people. Training program when i started was pretty good.

Cons

Since leaving PS and working for a true B2B sales company, i can see that there was no way i was going to have success here. I was handed a portfolio of accounts that nobody wanted. I was criticized by my manager for taking a personal day around the holidays. Mr. Dalton is unapproachable compared to my current CEO. The culture now where i am at is a 180 from here. They let me go after a year with really no justification. Now i am a President's Club winner and leader in my sales category at my current company.

Pros

Some of the people were great. Hard working and all around good people. The pay was good and the schedule was nice

Cons

Management is awful. There is no communication. No chain of command. Lots of inappropriate behavior but only the favorites get away with it. You are definitely overworked and put under a ton of pressure. They hate any kind of medical leave. They are very critical of doctors appointments. They will use and abuse you until you are no longer useful.
