Pros
Working for this organization has been quite a fulfilling experience for me over the years, which has allowed me to prosper and grow with it. The organization has continued to grow and evolve to continually disrupt our industry, and provide our customers with a unique platform driven by a welcoming culture. Over the past few years, we have brought in some very collaborative individuals that have made the evolution a much more productive and pleasant experience.
People: I think most people would still mention that the staff are what continues to bring them to the door each day, and I would have to agree. Knowing that our contributions are changing healthcare for the better is very rewarding, but doing that with a group of great people makes the experience so much better.
Community Service: The company has also been working to expand our outreach programs to allow for more community service programs.
Benefits: Along with competitive compensation packages, PartsSource has worked diligently to add several great benefits to the organization over the past few years that have been very rewarding to the staff. 401k match, Student Loan Payment assistance, HSA contributions, and College Fund contributions to name a few.
Cons
Growing Pains: We have experienced a few over the past years, and sometimes are not staffed adequately to support all aspects of the business. That of course means that there is plenty of room for opportunity within these walls.
Communication: While it has gotten exponentially better, we still have some room for improvement in this area.
