Working at PartsSource has been like a breath of fresh air. The people here are hardworking and collaborative. It's a relaxed and positive environment with a lot of career growth potential. They are always looking to improve systems and technology to make our jobs more efficient. They have in-house technology teams that seek ideas for improvement. The CEO is actively engaged in the culture. He is a very balanced leader who is not only clever, rational and experienced but also very approachable, optimistic and thoughtful. His leadership is inspiring. I am so thankful that I found a company that trusts me and invests in me. I can be myself and use my personality and skills to manage a team to greatness!

Very solid group of sales reps with a good mix of experience and new talent. Two of the best front line sales leaders that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Company is growing, and there is significant opportunity for advancement both within the commercial team and cross functionally.

Cons

As with any growing company we always can use more top tier talent on the team.
