Pros

Casual work atmosphere, catered lunches once a month, overtime accepted, decent insurance benefits, all other departments than call center run smoothly and with integrity

Cons

High turnover rate, employees constantly reminded they are replaceable, favoritism and politics a huge issue, new call center manager did not follow through with promises of a more employee friendly/welcoming call center, employees not valued and disciplined based on hear-say, low employee moral

Pros

Flexible hours! No doctors on-site! 10% commission pay! Good opportunity to make $. Low-stress, interesting work! Generally good co-workers and bosses! Clean, modern office spaces in high-profile locations.

Cons

The focus is on selling vaccines and products - making money for the franchise owner. Patients are ambushed into a full hour appointment and often surprised they are paying to sit through an entire consult that's basically a sales pitch. Beware franchise owners trying to squeeze as many appointments into a day as possible and overloading nurses with too much responsibility. Most sites require RNs to "prescribe" medications (that are approved by an offsite provider before going to pharmacy) - this toes the line of scope of practice and carries a lot of liability most RNs aren't okay with taking on.

Pros

Can be a fun atmosphere

Cons

There are a lot. Unprofessional and loosely managed, extremely low pay for what is expected, no benefits, rude and condescending behavior from those that have been there a little while. If you don't mind being treated poorly, talked down to, working with marginally trained individuals then this might work for you. Otherwise, steer clear of this place.
