      Pros

      I love this company! In working for this company, I have traveled all over the state of Oklahoma meeting incredible people along the way. I truly enjoyed providing much needed immunizations, as well as education across the state in which I live. What I love most about this company - because I left on good standing, they continue to ask me back each season. They have welcomed me with open arms every Flu season since 2013. The office staff continues to grow each year and the company continues to broaden their services.

      Cons

      The only thing I can really say is full time employment with this company is limited.

      Pros

      I work for Passport Health Chicago/Wisconsin. The Medical director is a great person to work for. He is very human, and kind while still being business like. The Clinical director is a working manager. Energetic, fair, hard working. I am part time, my schedule is flexible, and if I have a work/ family conflict the response ALWAYS is "family first". The work environment is pleasant for a nurse. Lots of autonomy. Excellent opportunity to use critical thinking skills and take responsibility for decision making. One on one care of patients is amazing and gives the opportunity to really interact with patients as a nurse. It is a low stress environment.

      Cons

      The pay is not as high as a hospital. Lack of benefits for part time employees.

      Pros

      Room for advancement, learn and interact with different departments, friendly co workers, learn a lot about the travel vaccination industry and not micro managed.

      Cons

      I don't think that there is many cons of the company. Only thing I can think of is better pay.
