Pros

Very flexible on work, depending on what departments you may work in. Generous benefits, but many are not usable or applicable.

Cons

Lately a repeated pattern of hiring for jobs from outside of the company instead of primarily looking for in-house candidates or current leadership. Extreme lack of communication and sharing of information. Poor pay for the local area because of housing and rent increases.
