Pros

Being involved in environmental issues nationally and locally and a part of a company that wants to change the world for the better. The freedom to be yourself at work and be surrounded by coworkers who share similar passions and interests.

Cons

It is a part-time job and the pay reflects that which can be difficult to get by on in a city where living expenses are high. Also being a customer service job, in retail in particular, are times where customers treatment towards you is unconscionable.

Cons

some of the worst pay in the industry increasing cost of living isn't taken into consideration with wages they already know who they're hiring for a position before they even post it - they always hire their friends
