Pros

Extremely committed and fun coworkers, amazing benefits and discount, flexible schedule. I've worked retail at other places and Patagonia is just simply the best. I started working there as a seasonal worker just to pay rent when I was new to the area and ended up staying for two years. I still have great friends at the company.

Cons

We changed management a lot while I was there and that was super challenging. Typical retail: schedule changes week-to-week; it was hard to have a reliable schedule, but you get used to it.

Pros

Discounts on products Work with cool people

Cons

Unnecessarily on your feet most of the day in work Low pay which seems hypocritical given the values the company purports- particularly not being paid for responsibility Management is very poor No staff room!!!
