Pros

Mission and value driven Casual workplace environment Flexible schedule On site child care - good for families Office Locations Product discount

Cons

Lower pay when compared to competition and hard to get raises. Nepotism is pretty bad. Flexible schedule is taken advantage of by many in a negative way. More transparent to customers about product than to employees about the business
