Pros

Incredible discount, along with a very progressive company that gives employees a voice in giving back to environmental campaigns

Cons

Like any retail job there was not a lot of support within the local level of management

Pros

Pretty big discounts on most gear, still sizable on most other gear, coworkers are great to work with, easy going, not stressful even when it is busy

Cons

On your feet a lot which is expected in retail, slow at times, I folded A LOT of shirts but that is also expected in retail.

Pros

Great discount, amazing company and I met amazing people working there. The company let me transfer between stores which was great.

Cons

Hourly rate, the locations of the stores makes it hard to make a living off of what they pay. Luckily they give you so much product because you can't afford to purchase it as an employee.
