Pros

Great benefits, maternity leave and company pro deal perks. Childcare center is amazing.

Cons

The top preaches family oriented but the reality is some managers weren't willing to work with the parents they have to give them flexibility in their schedules.

Pros

The best reason to work for Patagonia is the flexibility they provide their employees. There is lots of PTO, as well as leave; Maternity & Paternity.

Cons

The biggest con's for working for Patagonia are few and far between, but they do exist. With the level of variance in the workload, temporary workers are used regularly during peak seasons, creating a divided workplace.
