Pros

The company cares for it's people. There is a great deal of effort to make sure employees are valued. The culture is one of mission based instead of bottomline based. You know that the company stands behind both their people and their product.

Cons

Room for moving up is small. It is a small company, and they only way to move up or to expand skill sets is to move to Ventura, CA. However, even that is not likely with the small amount of open positions there and the large retail workforce. As it goes for retail wages, they are ok, but retail wages aren't satisfactory for raising a family.
