Pros

Great co-workers and ability to be mentored. Ethics are in the right place and have a strong sustainable supply chain.

Cons

Pay is not competitive and felt as though the growing pains of the company made it a very disorganized place to work at times.

Great co-workers, flexible hours, great perks, lot's of industry deals, good benefits, mellow atmosphere, cafe, lots of activities with the staff (soccer, volleyball, surfing, climbing) , just a great active community

Cons

Low pay, hard to get raises, not easy to move up, HR is unorganized
