Pros

Good people. Ivon's an inspiration. Awesome cafeteria. Good benefits.

Cons

This company is growing fast and hasn't supported many teams that need assistance to balance workloads. This company is known for a good work life balance, but it's not good at it. It's just like any other corporate office.

Good, not GREAT

Pros

A leader in the industry in technical clothing, fabric, design and business ethics. Decent work life balance and decent benefits. Great industry pro deals and great employee discount. You can feel good at the end of the day working for a company who is trying to make a difference (and succeeding).

Cons

Retail managers are glorified sales associates, VERY few actually know how to truly manage people and have zero prior management experience. This leads to a lot of unprofessionalism in the workplace. Almost anyone can run the business but can you manage your staff (or yourself)? I have worked with many retail managers in this company in the past so I am not just referring to one. This also applies to regional managers. Also, pay is not up to industry standard. Not much opportunity for upward mobility.
