A joke/ lie

Pros

Healthcare is the only thing they have going for them.

Cons

Everything else. Now they just out in out lie. Promote people without interviews and call it a lateral move. But real lateral move jobs they make employees apply interview, sometimes twice, to then not get the position. Often times bringing external candidates in. They now gaslight us. They are slowly taking the good stuff that bought us there. Vibe is not the same since the owner gave us away and our leader of so many years passed away last year. We are feeling it now for sure

Pros

Amazing benefits, one hour surf lunch if you want, dope co-workers, everything is easy going working there. Everyone is respectful. Would reccommend.

Cons

It's hard to move up or anywhere into Corporate or into the company, unless you pay your dues and work there for a long time. Nobody wants to leave. But that's a good thing!
