The work is engaging, challenging, and there is a feeling of true camaraderie among members of the team. In general the teams work very hard, but are treated well - and management is always pretty active in seeking out ideas and opinions.

Cons

The expectations can sometimes be pretty high, but that's also what makes it exciting!
