The culture is amazing, the benefits are the best I have ever had and the pay is very competitive with plenty of room for professional growth

Cons

Sometimes the hours are very long, but working those long hours are appreciated by management.

Great to work with a bunch of hard-working, dedicated people who are building a successful company. People are here because they want to be, and because they want to make a meaningful contribution. The benefits are great, and the work environment is the best I've experienced.

Cons

Hours can be long, but that is to be expected with a startup. There are also some growing pains, but nothing not to be expected in a high growth environment.
