Pros

Great colleagues, meaningful mission, and decent pay.

Cons

Culture has cratered due to frequent layoff cycles. The economic uncertainty has caused management and leadership to become extremely political and toxic, leading to strange decisions like hiring the same roles that were eliminated. The culture and morale are terrible - look elsewhere.

Constant layoffs (annually/biannually). Minimal mentorship and slow growth. Terribly managed and elevates the wrong people. Wasted potential.
