Pros
- Great mission that's always put at the forefront of our work - Amazing team to work with - high standards for hiring mean that we have really excellent colleagues - We're given lots of flexibility. Flexibility to make our own hours, WFH, etc. but also to redefine processes and define our own ways of working
Cons
- Growing pains! PathAI has grown a ton in the past few years and this means changes in company culture, prioritization in projects, and teammates. This actually isn't necessarily a con, but not every employee grows in the same way as the company.
