Yearly mass layoffs due to constant missed revenue targets Upper Management plays favorites - CEO nonexistent to lower level staff Frequent org/mgmt shuffling due to high turnover Lack of fair division of workload causing burnout Lazy teams pass their tasks to other teams Lack of growth opportunities - depends on who you're buddies with Lack of industry training - just do what you're told by people who know less and figure out the rest on your own

A troupe of sycophants and ladder climbers seek to stifle any and all innovation in favor of whatever will ingratiate themself to any of the Alphabet Soup that is the C-suite or their next employer. Frequent layoffs should be your indicator on how their strategy is going.
