      Pros

      Work from home Great colleagues overseas and in Calgary. Fast-paced environment.

      Cons

      The owner has massive anger issues and is a control freak. There is no room for advancement. No holiday time. The owner makes his staff in Pakistan work 6 days a week and freaks out on anyone who makes a minor mistake.
