A lot of deadlines, hard work. Not for the faint of heart.

Beyond the heavy workload and poor management, the boss is nearly impossible to work with. He seems completely unaware of how things should run and micromanages to the point of absurdity — it often feels chaotic and unproductive. His behavior is deeply unprofessional: openly racist, frequently swearing in front of the entire team, and showing zero regard for basic manners or respect. On top of that, he significantly underpays employees — though he’s convinced he’s being generous. In all honesty, this was the worst leadership I’ve encountered in my career — and I’ve worked with quite a few.
