Good Onsite opportunity Good Learning during initial phase of career

Cons

Attitude of managers which is mainly due to below mentioned factors - Home Grown, uneducated (just arts, commerce or science graduate) managers Managers who joined patni from manufacturing or old economy business Pathetic Pay structure in india Highly unprofessional middle management - Some managers use typical desi slangs in office (e.g. of used words Chu*** or Bho****). I heard these for not feeling time entry on one not so fine day.

1. Good company for fresher's to learn a lot. 2. Good Trainings available. 3. Got good projects to learn from for freshers.

Cons

Pays peanuts to employees. One of the IT sectors lowest pay Appraisal process is a biggest Joke. YOu need to be a MARATHI manoos to grow. Very very Slow growth. Has been working in Patni for 6 years seeing the same employee strength every year, Highest attrition rate in the industry yet no steps from HR to be emplyee friendly.
