Pros

A mature, old company which is the big disav too when you think of it. Great training when you start as a fresher. Some divisions are good. If you are smart and articulate, you can soon go abroad.

Cons

Uninspiring senior leadership. Unnecessary petty issues bug people. Sometimes too many layers. Pay is lower compared to industry average. Okay for early 20s, but after that get out and move on.
