ok work culture and work life balance. you can learn a lot at initial stage of your carrier. Good people to work with.

Cons

no good salary. Bad HR policies. No vision at senior management level. No location specific growth or focus. Was one of the pioneers in IT but currently not even among top 10.

As a global consulting organization, Patni covers work with a variety of global customers many of which are working in latest technologies especially in the mobile and telecoms space. This allows Patni consultants exposure to these technologies and opportunities for a wide variety of projects whether you're working on site or part of the India based project team.

Cons

You often get a sense that employees are regarded by Executive management as simply a source of revenue generation rather than actual human beings.
