Follow strict policies when related to projects. Good decision making skills. Lot of improvements are planned. Arrange meetings by planning on particular issues.Value employ and their concerns. Give due respect to employ. As the other CMM level5 companies does, Patni is also making serious decisions on improvement of the company as whole.

Cons

People show seniority without reasons. Fall in trouble by making wrong decision on putting a uneligible person in the most senior level. Discriminate people based on the place from where they come.
