- Only good for Fresher ( because they do not have any choice)

Cons

- No Salary - 1 year exp guy do same work as the person has 7 years of exp ( very Funny Managment) -Onsite only for those who are close to management - Senior managemnet has very thick skin - No Retention policy for good employees
