Nice Place to work Good for freshers Well balanced life & work good understanding from managers Good Responce from Higher management Nice onsite opportunities

Cons

Slow processes No Work from home No Practice verticals other than this cant find any cons but policies should be to trust on employees than to restrict them from doing anything new

- Few good leaders - Quick Onsite Opportunities (after trying to put down your papers ;) ) - Good Work Quality (atleast follow some of the CMMI Level 5 standards) - Chance to excel due to less competition

Cons

- Bad Management - Wants you to work by their style - Whatever you do or say, Management would do what they decide & believe is true - Appraisals are like shot in the dark....lucky if you hit one by chance

Attitude of managers which is mainly due to below mentioned factors - Home Grown, uneducated (just arts, commerce or science graduate) managers Managers who joined patni from manufacturing or old economy business Pathetic Pay structure in india Highly unprofessional middle management - Some managers use typical desi slangs in office (e.g. of used words Chu*** or Bho****). I heard these for not feeling time entry on one not so fine day.
