Getting bigger in size, many locations to choose from

Cons

They dont follow procedures, dont give pay raises,dont follow their own procedures they dnt pay you what ur worth and dont value you

Great personnel overshadowed by poor leadership

Pros

Overtime opportunities available. Interesting and diverse work. Many high quality people at the local level.

Cons

Regional managers have little authority to make decisions. This affects the business and the moral. Extremely challenging to manage a group when you do not have authority to make any decisions.
