      UPP treaters are hooked to their bonus, tdk about anything else

      Their inefficiency due to treaters rigging up equipment only to get their bonus(as long as they open the well & put 1 pump in gear they'll get it) CREATES a lot of work for all employees😁 Specially during 1st stages

      Cons

      Sometimes on 1st stage half the pumps didn't work, & had to replace blender more than twice on first day of the job

      At my location, we had family atmosphere and good working conditions.

      Anytime you work in the oilfield it's liable to go south in a hurry.
