      Pros

      The area manager in Tyler along with his is good man along with his staff.

      Cons

      Failure to take care the honest working employee. The manager of HR has no clue about loyalty or what she is doing. Looks for escape goat to avoid issues seems to be the standard. I've followed the rule of management for 35 years but was dismissed just to show that something was done to avoid conflict with another employee. A man's honor has no bearing on anything.
