      Weekly 401k matching contributions are good

      There are challenges with aligning multiple acquisitions into a unified organization, especially with varying processes. While progress is being made, it can be difficult at times. Additionally, some leaders from other security companies are bringing in practices that may not align with our goals, creating further challenges.

      I have been working at Pavion former Corbett Technology Solutions Inc. -CTSI for 23 years and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience here. The company culture is incredibly supportive and fosters an environment of growth. I can attest to the personal growth, I have been in administrative, Sales, Project management and now a manger of a huge team. Sky's the limit if you have the right attitude. The company's commitment to creating a positive work environment is evident in everything they do. From the supportive leadership to the work life balance, I highly recommend Pavion to anyone looking for a fulfilling and enjoyable workplace. Overall, Pavion is a good and stable place to work, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dynamic and supportive work environment. I do believe in Pavion, our future and I hope you come join our team

      While Pavion is a fantastic place to work overall, no company is perfect, there are a few areas where I believe improvements can be made. Slow communication between departments & Limited recognition of contributions. Lots of changes due to acquisitions and systems changes

      Working for and with a hard-working, experienced and professional team top down. Truly a flexible work life balance environment. Great benefits.

      Cons

      The employee retention hasn't been great when acquiring new businesses under the Pavion umbrella. This made the last year a difficult but rebuilding year and on the right path to correct this.
