Pros

teammates. That is it. Only pro.

Cons

long days, Expectations for 1 person to complete dozens of acquisitions and mergers with a set timeline is unattainable. Upper management is about as useful as a fork eating soup.

Pros

Work from home job pretty much.

Cons

Micromanaged. They don't pay their techs. They are months and month of work behind.

Pros

I would love to say that there are pros, but there really isnt. Salaries are below market value, benefits were changed for the worst in 2025, there is zero support within a lot of departments, C-suite execs are stretched thin which makes timing and communication on important updates bottleneck, and there are no clear cut policies as processes change depending on who it may be affecting as only specific groups are kept happy.

Cons

Read the pros section for all the cons.
