Pros

Remote work Ability to move

Cons

-Company Presidents fail to understand timezones. Such as westcoast to central. -work hours expected over 12hours. -safety expetitions and trainings are illegal. -Program Managers manger s.aller projects then their team; yet dont Manage the program. -bonuses good luck with corporate MSA clients. -PMs build their own tracking systems individually. - PMs operate as their own small business parts ordering, tracking, chasing taxes on invoices; figuring out a burdening internal system. Arguing teams internal.

Pros

I've been sitting here trying to think of one. You can make good money.

Cons

To get that money you sacrifice your morals. Its about the money, for and few, everyone else is disposable. Don't be fooled by all the fancy talk. If you are thinking long-term, think again, what number are now?

Pros

- Opportunity to work on large scale projects. - Maternity/Paternity leave is an upgrade from my last employer, I went from nothing to 4 weeks fully paid. - The teammates you work closely with day in and day out, they understand the struggles with this company.

Cons

- No real culture or events for employees. No recognition program. - Terrible benefits, we were told benefits would get an upgrade once our company was bought by Pavion and it got worse, most employees are on their spouses plan. Severance package is bad. - Moving too quickly and can't integrate new companies or existing clients - Heavy workloads with little training or support - No loyalty to senior employees with institutional knowledge, disposable like a razor.
