      Amazing people, exciting opportunities!

      Pros

      The culture and people are a huge selling point of working here at Pax8. I’ve only been in my role for two months, but everyone—across all regions—has been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and patient as I find my feet. The offices are fabulous: modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need—and more! The treats and snacks are a great pick-me-up during busy days. While the internal processes and structures might feel intimidating at first—especially if you’re new to tech like me—what’s in place for staff is impressive and clearly well thought-out. If you take the time to understand and engage with it, the value-add is huge and can really support your growth and help you seize opportunities here. That’s exciting for me! There are also travel opportunities with Pax8 being global, which is a fantastic bonus.

      Cons

      No major cons for me right now - there’s a lot of change happening, which some people are finding challenging, but it’s encouraging to see the thought and effort leaders are putting in to help resolve this. I know it can be tough to keep your head above water when things shift and move quickly - I’m still learning myself!

      Great Vision, But Leadership from Wirehive Lacks Scale Experience

      Pros

      Pax8 has a strong brand, a compelling value proposition for partners, and a passionate employee base that wants to make a real impact. Many individual contributors and mid-level leaders are smart, driven, and mission-aligned. There’s genuine excitement around innovation, and some teams are doing excellent work despite structural gaps.

      Cons

      The company is trying to scale without the foundational maturity needed to support rapid growth. A major concern is the influence of leadership from the Wirehive acquisition. While the current COO and CIO may have been successful in a startup context, they lack the experience required to lead and scale a global enterprise. This has led to a lack of clear strategy, weak governance, and fragmented execution across key business and technology functions. Their approach tends to prioritize short-term fixes over long-term structure, often mistaking complexity for progress. As a result, critical areas like technology strategy, process standardization, and enterprise operations are underdeveloped.

      Great culture, team & offering, with normal growing pains

      Pros

      The team and offering is great. They have grown so fast that there are some growing pains, but for a junior sales person, this is a great learning ground to get into the tech space.

      Cons

      There is some politics at the senior level.
