Pros

Good Product, some C-Suite on the same page

Cons

Most of the senior leadership is morally and ethically challenged as they're still operating in "startup" mode vs. being grown up. Not willing to look beyond the quick and easy fix for identifying fiscal responsibility.

-Management is lacking -No structure -Don't assist with career growth in some departments -Flexible PTO is a loose terminology

Not Worth Your Time

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

The company constantly raises quotas and expectations to an unachievable status so they don't have to pay their employees a decent wage. You have to track your own closed deals to make sure you are paid out correctly. Management is a joke and offers no support to help their team. The list goes on but it is a prime example of a place that hired too many people but not enough customer support or specialist to back up their expectations which makes everyone feel overworked and under appreciated.
