Pros

This was a great place to work when I worked there. I loved my team and my direct supervisor. Every day was interesting. Great benefits. Challenging work. Encouraging environment where I wasn't afraid to make mistakes.

Cons

In my two years working there, there were multiple layoffs with no warning. Entire teams would be let go by email with no time to prepare. Pulled the ug right out from under us. It finally happened to me.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry to hear your Pax8 joureny ended as part of a layoff. We have only done two layoffs in the last five years and while it is no consolation to those impacted - especially someone who valued their colleagues and the challenges of the role - it is always a last resort. We also ensure those who do depart are supported with above market severance pay, outplacement support until they find a new role and employee assistance for 6 months.
