Pros

Good focus on people. They treat everyone well and really try to create a great place to work.

Cons

Leadership was lacking. There were always 100 priorities with no real vision of where things are going. At the time, there was also a senior leader that had a very aggressive and confrontational style. It made many uncomfortable and affected moral.

Pros

There are some cool people with great personality and talents. You just need to talk to them long enough to find out.

Cons

Workplace can be very political. Departments often clash against each other. Some internal turmoil that isn't made clear to employees. Unclear communication.
