People are willing to self improve and share what they have learned. Despite being busy, people with good knowledge are accessible and helpful. Middle management strive to maintain a degree of transparency about decisions and plans. Trying out new things are encouraged. Optimistic outlook.

- Great recruiting process (super friendly and transparent about next steps etc) - Well established global company with lots of potential - Modern offices (with beer fridge) - Welcoming and friendly company culture - Great career opportunity (know many people that became managers during the past 2 yrs)

Cons

- Nothing worth mentioning - Did their best to overcome any growing pain
