Pros

PBP has always supported me in my career aspirations, whether this has been aiming for progression or wanting to work less hours when returning to work after my daughter was born. It is a dynamic company where things are always changing and developing. We have a great team and the company really goes out of its way to encourage relationship building throughout the wider business. We have the financial & strategic backing of VW AG which enables us to be brave and aim for big things.

Cons

The tech industry isn't for everyone. If you don't like change, then PBP probably isn't the place for you!

This company invests in their people, There are opportunities to progress within your role and your career and they are flexible and understanding that people have a life outside of their job. The atmosphere within the office is always friendly and there is a real "one team" mentality that shines through.

Cons

The office location is not very central, there isn't too much to do around the area.
