Pros

Aggressive attitude towards technology and development methodology; nothing but smart people who get things done; very little in the way of Dilbertism. Co-workers you'll want to party with.

Cons

Lots of meetings, which is frustrating even if they are constructive (and they usually are). Working in PCI DSS scope is a pain in the neck.
